Chandler Bingham, Dance Artist
Chandler Bingham started her training in ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary ballet at an early age. Chandler was accepted into the Conservatory of Performing Arts (C.O.P.A.) – Dance Program at Point Park University and graduated with a B.A. in Dance and a minor in History. She has performed choreography by; Daniel Karasik, Kiki Lucas, David Norsworthy, Kaylin Horgan, and many others. She has also performed in stage/film work with Rashaad Newsome, Allana Clarke, and several Netflix productions as a dance artist. In addition to being a multidisciplinary performance artist, Chandler also enjoys teaching and choreographing, working with local youth theatre companies. Chandler is a Virtual Global Instructor with Juntos Collective teaching internationally at places such as Nicaragua. Chandler has been a dancer with SPdp since 2019, succeeding her apprenticeship in 2018.

LaTrea Derome Rembert, Rehearsal Assistant and Senior Dance Artist
LaTrea Derome Rembert is a multi-disciplinary performance artist based in Pittsburgh, PA. Originally from Cincinnati, OH LaTrea obtained his B.A. in Theater Arts from Point Park University. As a theater artist, his stage work has been seen with different companies locally including the CLO Cabaret Theater (Spamilton), the REP (Scottsboro Boys, Wig Out!, Choir Boy), and Pittsburgh Musical Theater (Dreamgirls, Young Frankenstein, The Little Mermaid) to name a few, and has done numerous readings and workshops with City Theater. Additionally, LaTrea has been a dancer with the STAYCEE PEARL dance project for the past 7 seasons and has had the opportunity to premier in works such as sol., sym, Abbey: In The Red, and Flowerz. With SPdp, LaTrea made his international performance debut in southern Italy in 2019. Not only limited to performing, LaTrea has assisted director Tome’ Cousin in the production of Coram Boy (2018) at Point Park University, and has choreographed for barebones’ production of The Legend of Georgia Mcbride. In 2020, LaTrea premiered a solo work entitled _lostncompleX as a part of the insideTRACK residency with PearlArts Studios.

Cameron Waters, Dance Artist
Cameron Waters is from New Castle, PA and began his dance training in Hip-Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Ballet and Jazz at the age of 3. Cameron graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2021, earning his BFA in Dance and BSBA in Business Management. Throughout his undergraduate experience, Cameron choreographed and presented works titled Contention, CAMouflaged Agenda, and Akin Chaka. He has performed choreography by: Ursula Payne, Lindsay Renea Benton, Francine Ott, Martha Graham restaged by Jessie Factor, Bill T. Jones restaged by Jenna Reigel, Diavolo Dance Theater restaged by Alicia Garrity, and many others. Cameron was featured in the opening scene of the Netflix film Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom starring Chadwick Boseman and Viola Davis. He is the leader and head choreographer of the dance & flag team ministry in his church, Jubilee Ministries International City Church, in which he is heavily involved in and very into his faith. In addition to being a multidisciplinary artist, Cameron is an upcoming author with his book The Shadow and a fashion designer. He enjoys choreographing, teaching, drawing, writing, and motivating the next generation of artists. He has been a company dancer with the SPdp since 2022.

Nia Goodman, Dance Artist
Nia Goodman is a Charlotte, NC native and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA. Goodman studied at Point Park University ('22) receiving a Bachelor's degrees in dance and accounting. She has performed in various works with choreographers such as: Al Blackstone, Camille A. Brown, Rennie Harris, Jason McDole, etc. As well as being founder of Valentines Productions LLC, a production company that hosts the annual Queen City Fest, Ms. Goodman has choreographed several projects for the showcase ranging from Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, contemporary and Heels.

Elexa Lindsay Hanner, Dance Apprentice
Elexa Lindsay Hanner was born and raised in Pittsburgh. She is a Penn State University Alumni - Class of 2021 with a BFA in Musical Theater. She is grateful for her past and current teaching experiences with Manchester Academic Charter School, Propel Braddock Hills, Alumni Theater Company, Oakland Central Catholic (Masque), and Camp Harambee. Elexa is committed to leading the youth through theater, choreography, and teaching dance. Elexa is also a Pittsburgh-Based Actress. She has performed in multiple stage productions throughout the city, such as: The Pittsburgh Public Theater, Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre, and The Alumni Theatre Company. She has also been on tour with Pittsburgh CLO’s Gallery Of Heroes in 2023. Visiting and performing at over 40 schools throughout Pennsylvania.

Joy Holder, Dance Artist
Joy Holder is a dancer, creator and food enthusiast based on the East Coast. While studying a variety of dance techniques, Joy received a BFA from Columbia College Chicago and has performed on stages across the country, including Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center. They are tremendously excited to join SPdp to continue exploring movement and share their passion for dance and collaboration.

Anya Susan, Dance Artist
Anya Susan is a Pittsburgh-born, Miami-raised artist currently residing in NYC. A graduate of New World School of the Arts High School and NYU Tisch Dance, they are excited to join this new community in their original hometown. Anya has performed work by Sidra Bell, Bill T. Jones, Yara Travieso, and Robert Battle - and more recently, apprenticed/worked with GALLIM Dance Company and David Dorfman Dance.
